Search

Central to Lemoon is that it is easy to find information. At the top of the editor interface is a search box. The search engine in Lemoon finds the following:

Files

Searches the file name, description and ID of files .

Pages

Searches the slug, title, tags, content and ID of pages.

Indexing Service

If the index server has been is configured, Lemoon will search for indexed files.

Lemoon File Search

Lemoon File Search is a plugin that is used to index documents in the filarchive and make them searchable. Lemoon File Search supports Office documents, PDF documents, text files, XML files, images that have metadata, etc. etc. Contact Mindroute on support@mindroute.com if you want more information about this.

How do I search?

The search does not distinguish between uppercase and lowercase letters. You can search with multiple words with AND and OR. To search on phrases, use quotation marks, eg "Some phrase".

You can also search for ID or slug directly. You do this by typing id: or slug: in front of your search, e.g. id:123 or slug:my-slug

Filtering

A standard search searches for both pages and files. This can be filtered by clicking on the "Site" - or "Files" button to display only files or pages. If you want to search all the sites, click the "All Sites" button.
